There is much that you can do to help and support us in our mission. We are entirely dependent on voluntary contributions, no matter how small they might be, something small on your part can make something big on our part. You can also inform other people about the work we do.

Keep us in your SIGHT, as we can’t keep you in ours, then we will all SEE results!

Why do we need your donations? Because we are a voluntary organization providing Courses and Facilities freely to our students.

Where your money will go:

Here are some of our costs, which you might consider funding. Perhaps a group of you could join together to do this. Our greatest need is for regular financial help, which we can rely on week by week, month by month or year by year. See Contact page for where to send your donation.

A group of friends or colleagues could contribute together to pay for some major item, e.g. Rent for the Resource Centre for the month, Rs.20,000 (app US $420), accommodation Rental of Rs.7,000 or a salary of a member of staff, ranging from Rs.3,700 to Rs.12,000 per month.

A year’s expenses for a single student might be met. Why not ‘adopt’ one of our young boys or girls for a year? (at an estimated cost of Rs.36,000 teaching fees or the cost of food for twelve months Rs.14,400)

Our VISION is to expand, thus offering our training to a greater number of students. The need is great. Can YOU help us to meet it in some way? Beside the ongoing costs listed, we aim to purchase a piece of land for the construction of a specifically designed Blind Resource Centre. You could help by showing your concern and generosity by buying a square metre of land, approximately Rs.12,000 (app. US $252). Provide the funds for a dormitory, which could be built in your name. Office furniture, computers and software could be purchased with your donation.
